What is this bag called?

Hi-
I am new here and need a little help. I just bought this handbag, after doing lots of reading. I brought the bag to Neiman Markus, they voted authentic. I also called the Chanel 800 number- while the don't match serial number w/ styles, she told me that it sounds like a 2005 collection piece. The book says 2.55, the middle says N5, and it has a 31 on the right bottom corner. sac diver..same with Celia Hish's bag, from the serail number begins with '9' its from year 2005
