What is the first Hermès item you ever fell in love with?

I thought this could be a fun and interesting thread-What was the first Hermès item that you saw and fell in love with?
And...Do you own it?
I'll start with mine..
Many moons ago (I'm sure it must be at least 30years) I was In the Bond St boutique and I saw a ring in a display case that made my heart almost stop with its beauty-It was like the Medor stud made of moonstone set in silver with tiny diamonds next to it.
I didn't buy it-didnt ask the price at the time but I've never ever forgotten it.
I've since discovered its called the Pierre De Lune and I've posted an image below.
I still love it and will one day buy one (but meanwhile there is other H 'stuff' I'm stalking)

The first H item I fell in love with was the Clic Clac bracelet maybe 15 years ago, when I was teen. I loved the idea of having multiple bracelets in my many colors to match different outfits. Funny enough, since starting to buy H, I've never even tried one on and have no interest in them at this point. I have fallen in love with the rose gold fine jewelry though, which isn't as kind to the wallet.

The first item I ever fell in love with Hermes was when I saw Victoria Beckham holding a fushia pink ostrich Birkin. I’ve been lucky enough to own a K25 Sellier rose poupre PHW which is my favourite handbag. I remember being in awe with VB Hermes collection growing up and just dreaming of owning one someday

In the mid-2000s, the Quadrige extra wide enamel bracelet caught my eye. It had white and gray horses on a black background, and I was really drawn to it. The bracelet was too big, so I left empty handed and sad. It was that bracelet that really put H on my radar.

I was in my late teens and strolled into the local H store and set my eyes on a lovely charcoal cashmere funk hat. I couldn’t leave the store without it and still have it now many years later.

My story is similar, but it goes back to the mid-90s... I must have seen an Hermes ad with a scarf in it, and ended up falling in love with Qu‘Import du Flacons. The intricacy and detail of the perfume bottles just got me. DH got it for me for my birthday, saying, ”Every woman should have an Hermes scarf!”

In the mid 70's I was 18 yearsold in Venice and saw a young lady with a Rouge H Box Kelly, I thought to myself "I MUST have that bag"
In 1980 I bought my very first H bag, a Bleu Marine Box Kelly 32. Sadly, after about 10/15 years I sold it, I'm still kicking myself!
