i see, but just for the length of chain? we have to pay $400 more? i tought we can get the chain lengthened for about $50 at store. However, the size of two pendants are exactly same, aren't they? Thank you!

Yes, the pendants look like they are both medium. I'm not a Tiffany expert, but I want to say that for gold chains it is more expensive per inch to lengthen it. I remember seeing it on here somewhere, but I believe it was a certain amount for the first inch, then slightly less for each inch after that, so extending it 2 inches for $80 sounds right to me. Like I said though, I am not a Tiffany expert so I hope someone else will be able to help.

That's what I was thinking too, but if you look at the silver chains on their site, it's $50 for 16" and $50 for 18". I can understand a charge to have it lengthened, but it seems odd that one necklace is $80 more for a chain that costs the same (with regards to the silver one...). I remember a while ago they had a "medium a" and a "medium b" and it had to do with the different length chains, but I didn't remember the price being that much more (if at all). :confused1:

Okay, I called them, lol. I figured It'd be easier than trying to figure it out by guessing. For both the sterling silver and the gold, the "medium" that is cheaper, the heart measures 22mm, while the "medium" that is more expensive is actually 27mm, so even though they're both "medium" one is a bigger medium than the other!
