The watch I use now is the best watch I've ever owned. It is a regular citizen "eco-drive" watch that charges every time it is exposed to light. How much better does it get than that? paid like $30 bucks for it.

I've owned way pricier watches but after the batteries died, I keep coming back to this watch.

I had a baby G watch which was okay. The only con is that it runs on battery.

i will never have to buy another watch again! unless for some reason, this one breaks.

what is your fave/best or most practical watch and why?

I have an Omega mini constellation and a Concord La Scala. They are good watches, but both are quartz and both of the batteries just happened to die at the same time. They need to be sent in just to have the batteries changed, and I'm tired of it. My husband has 3 automatics, this Baume and Mercier he never wears. I am taking it in today to have some links removed so that I can wear it.

I've loved all my watches! My first watch was a gift for my 16th - a Gucci stainless steel. Love love love it! Don't wear it much now, have a Tag Aquaracer with pink MOP dial and diamond markers and a Cartier tt Tank F. Love them both - both are quartz movement but I don't mind that, it's not a big deal getting the battery changed IMO.

the best watch that i have ever owned, and currently still wear, is my tag heuer men's ss watch. i couldn't even tell you the style/name, i bought it 7 years ago. very simple, no diamonds or anything like that, but i love it, and after 7 years, i have only had to change the battery once.

however, i am in the market for a vintage men's ss rolex, let's hope i can find an affordable one soon!

I have had many watches that I liked, including several from Skagen that all ended up having issues...broken links on band, fraying leather band, cracked crystal...so I gave up on Skagen. Now I have a Rolex Yacht-Master midsize and I love it. It has presence, but is not huge, and combines sporty and dressy. And it's an automatic, so no batteries to worry about. (I also have a Citizen smaller, dressier watch that I bought while I was saving for the Rolex...love that it is eco-friendly.)

My first watch was Omega Constellation. I wore it constantly for 5 years and thought it was the best.
Then I bought Chopard Happy Sport, wore it on special occasions but thought it was the best.
My last watch is Rolex Midsize Oyster Perpetual Datejust. I think it is the best and wear it all the time.
So I guess my best watch is the newest one.

Well, since I work with watches I have a lot... And my faovrite changes all the time... Rigt now it is the Veloci-t from Tissot, but I also love my Tissot sea touch... But just waiting for the new diamond t-touch....
