What is going on with this set..

Purchased the new Toiletry set, came yesterday. The large pouch has a crease almost all the way across it. Also, the zipper pulls just look weird. I almost feel like this was a return as none of the pulls had the plastic on them like normal (unless they don’t do that on this set). I’m calling to initiate an exchange today.

Unless I'm mistaken (I don't have any toiletry sets), that long "crease" I think, is the natural fold of the item, how else is it supposed to sit upright without falling over?

IMO they don’t do stickers on such zipper pulls (at least I’ve never had or seen ones on brand new online or store items in my country). Regarding the crease, the OG model didn’t have one, but it also didn’t sit upright, so maybe they’ve changed it on the new model to prevent it from falling over? I hope that someone, who bought the new model, can advise.
