What happens when the db warranty is up???

Ok purses are registered on the site with all the info etc. heaven forbid after one year something happens what does DB do for you or the bag I all four bags are registered etc. just wondering

I have owned Dooneys for years and have yet to have a problem with any of them. If one were to come unsewn or something I would just take it to a leather shop and have it repaired. Typically if a Dooney is defective after one year, the bag can be sent to Dooney as part of the trade in program. They will allow half the original retail price of that bag as "trade in" toward a new bag of equal value.

I will second Sarah's advice. Find a GOOD shoe repair, tack shop, or leathershop they can customize your bag for you, I always have to have shoulder bags straps made shorter.
