On several occasion i bought bags from the lv store and the next day i always change my mind and went to exchange it. The SA told me that all the bags are from the drawers and is brand new when i ask for a 'new' one not the one from the draws that everyone touches before they buy. The only time i think its not the display bag is when they went into the storeroom and look for one and some parts are being cover by tissue paper or wrappings. So when i ask the SA he said LV will never sell a bag to a customer if it has a defect or already used. I was just wondering what happens to all the bags that were returned? Do they put it on the shelf for display or they put it back in the drawers and resell them to other people. Because most likely customer will take the bag home try it take it out use it and then realised its not for them and then they return it and say its unused. How could anyone tell? And i dont think LV will throw away exchange goods. Very curious...
