What happened to the double love ring and bracelet?

I feel like Cartier always maintains the same inventory, so I was shocked to discover that the double love ring and bracelet are no longer available on the Cartier website.

I was specifically interested in the two-tone rose gold and white gold pave ring for my thumb. I’ve purchased so much rose gold pieces this year. I felt that this would’ve been a great piece to mesh my current jewelry collection.

I was preparing to buy it next year, but now I feel like I should’ve pulled the trigger earlier. Does anyone know if the double love pieces were discontinued, or if they’re simply sold out at the moment?

I still see this ring available on the US website. Oops actually clicked into it and do see that it says currently unavailable online. I did try the version without the pave on in a store a week ago so there may still be store inventory.

My guess is that inventory is just low at the moment. The same thing happened with a bracelet I just purchased. It was removed from the website for a long time. But then suddenly it reappeared and had all sizes available. I talked to my SA when I ordered it, she said their inventory is really low and they are working to keep up with demand. But covid slowed them down a lot last year.

Call your local boutique and check with them to see if its simply that inventory is low, or if there are plans to discontinue it. That might help you determine if you can wait to purchase it, or if you have to speed up your purchase plans so that you can get one while your size is still available..
