What ever happened to Monsac Italian leather bags?

Does anyone know when they went out of business? I remember the brand was sold at high end stores like Nordstroms and others and I remember they had a showroom in New York once upon a time. I just wandered what happened to them?

I found a reference on the web from 2013 that the brand had gone out of business. And a thread here on tPF asking about Monsac back in 2011. So it's gone. I know you're new, and welcome! But we do have a great search feature.
