What else is available through JAX that is not posted on the website?

Now this really has me wondering...and a little irritated! Since calling JAX and finding out several colors of the old Legacy bags are still available (but not pictured) I'm wondering if the Legacy Thompson bags are still available. A bag I would really like to have, but didn't have a chance to purchase. (I've read on tPF it's at the outlets, but don't live near one)

Sometimes when Inventory is low it gets pulled from the website but is still available

If you have the serial/item number call and ask. They do sometimes have low/old stock. Also ask what colors are available, make them tell you, because sometimes there is a color available that may have been exclusive to a department store.
