What earrings would you get for your wedding?

Hi all,

My wedding in Jan 2012, I've got the dress made - ivory lace knee-length dress. I've got the shoes - Lanvin patent leather nude. My hair will be quite loose up-do. What earrings should I get? I have got diamonds stud earrings 0.50 carat, but feel like it got to be something more special. What do you think? Post earrings that you want to wear/have worn on your wedding here please. Prefer diamonds but all are welcome. TIA

If you like the idea of studs but don't want to invest in another pair, how about getting some larger studs, but in CZ...maybe 1.5 - 2.0 ct (each). Just for a little extra glamour. I think Nordstrom has some pretty good faux jewels.

I would go with dangly diamond earrings, or like schadenfreude13 said, CZs if you don't want to invest in diamonds at this point. No one will be the wiser.

I would add pearl drops to your diamond studs or get diamond jackets made for them that way you have something classy and that can be worn again
