What does DH mean? And how to post pictures for reveals?

What does it mean? I read through so many posts and the letters DH always seems to be there.

Oh and I bought 4 new LV'S! Might do reveal if i knew how to add pictures. How do I add them? LIke not as links but as pictures in the thread?

And today I found out my friend's last name is Balenciaga!
