What does a new bracelet come with?

So I head a few different things on here and one YouTube and I just want to make sure what to expect.
Seems like it for sure comes with a cleaning kit. How about the travel pouch? Anything else? Does it really just depend on the SA?

I'm thinking about the small JUC specifically.

Which bracelet?
My thin Love with diamonds came immaculately wrapped and boxed with screwdriver.
They included the travel pouch with pillow in it and a Santal sample, no cleaning cloth for me.

In my experience, if you buy online you will get nothing or only a perfume sample. No travel pouch or cleaning kit. You can call/email request these and they will ship them to you separately. It was explained to me that the pouch and kit come from a different location, hence why it’s not included.

In store is the other way around. You will get the pouch and cleaning kit, free samples are up to SA discretion.

Did you ask for one? I’m guessing they were either out of stock or you got a lazy SA. You can still call them and ask them to ship you one if you want it. Every jewelry purchase should come with a cleaning kit and travel pouch.

Depends on what is in stock at the store and on the SA.

In very popular tourist destinations, like Hawaii, they can run out of cleaning kits, but you can walk into any Cartier store and request it.

I got my Cartier love in-store and I got: cleaning kit, travel pouch with a little cushion (very cute), and even a small travel pouch for my JUC ring (I did not request this, my SA noticed my ring and just put it in).

All other things like free perfume samples, coffee table books, that just depends on your SA!

Yes, daily is fine, i think most here wear theirs daily.

Travel pouches and cleaning kits are rarely given as standard (especially with online purchases). I made sure when I bought my small JUC, I asked for a pouch and cleaning kit. I got both on the day I bought it You can call customer services and request both after your purchase and they will usually send one out.

Extra gifts are always at the discretion of the SA (like books, perfume samples, champagne, etc.)

What is included is:
- bracelet
- box
- warranty card
- screwdriver
- invoice

That's it - minimum and standard for online. I have to say I love their online wrapping, though.

In a boutique normally you get a travel pouch without asking and some gift(s). Champagne, chocolates, candles, parfume samples and so on. If you know your SA it gets even better but don't expect that on your first purchase.

When being not sure what / if to buy go for online as this is the only way you can get your money back.

What is definitely included as standard are the red carboard outer box, the red inner box with black lining that holds the bracelet and the screw driver, the screw driver, and a certificate of authenticity. I am not sure if the travel pouch is standard or optional, and it's possible if they are in a hurry they forget. I have several travel pouches anyway. Not a big deal.

Everything else they may give you such as the cleaning kit is optional. However, you need a travel pouch or cleaning kit you can just walk into a boutique and ask for it. If they have some they will usually give it to you. I went in with something in a Van Cleef travel pouch because we were on vacation and the SA said, oh let me give you one of our travel pouches for your bracelet.

With my most recent Love bracelet purchase my SA gave me the standard things, boxes, certificate, and screw driver. In addition she gave me a cleaning kit, travel pouch, candle, and several fragrance sample. I don't expect any of these, but it's nice that she does. I've bought several purchase at this boutique and in addition to my own purchases I've referred friends to my SA, who have made purchases with her.

In Singapore, the store will provide box/pillow, certificate, screw driver, cleaning kit, travel pouch? So i read the two latter i may have to ask for it? Love Bracelet in particular.

My Cartier watch (bought so long ago i really don't recall much) i have all the above without asking.
