I do not know the difference between patent leather and lacquered leather. Is it the same thing? I cannot tell. I am only Looking at our pictures. I don’t feel like I’ve come within a mile of patent leather in a long long time.
Now, what your real thoughts on patent leather? I have never been a fan of it myself, that I’ve read that some people love more modern patent leather because it isn’t so plastics. I’ve also read, outside of the forum, that patent leather today as low-quality as compared to that old stuff on my tap shoes. People are worlds apart.
There is a cute Tods lacquered letter on eBay right now. It looks kind of cute. Is That patent leather? I think that’s what it is. It gives me shivers. Does anybody out there have any Tods patient letter? What does it feel like? How does it wear? What do you want to say about it?
