What is it that you're on the fence about? You're going to be looking at the watch every time you wear it, so if it doesn't make your heart sing, I wouldn't buy it.. I purchased a rolex for a good price that I "liked" but didn't love. I find myself regretting the purchase. It's a nice watch but I love my old watch so I find myself wearing that one more while my new one sits in box.
Thank you for answering! I actually really like it...I guess I'm just hesitating because I can't see if IRL, I'm buying it from a store which can deliver to me tomorrow. I just wish I can try it on first before coughing up that much money lol. And I also feel guilty spending that much $ on something during this pandemic. Although we did get a nice bonus at work for working during covid (which can cover a good chunk of this watch). My husband and I are fortunate to still be working.
Can you return it if you don't like it? If so, I wouldn't worry about it. You'll know the minute you try it on if it sings to you or not! Congratulations on your bonus!! I may be in the minority, but I don't think there's anything wrong with spending hard earned money - whether there's a pandemic or not. You work hard and you deserve a treat. If you're fortunate enough to have a steady income, and you can afford the watch, treat yourself to something nice and don't think twice. I have a stressful job and work hard for my money. Sometimes, a little treat goes a long way and, while money can't buy happiness, it is nice to see my blood sweat and tears go to a tangible asset that makes me smile.
Hesitating is doubting. Doubt means no until you truly know what you like.
If it is final sale I would be concerned since you are not 100% sure. Maybe you can find another one locally or one that you could return. Then there is no risk because sometimes you can notice scratches more in person. It is a huge purchase to not see it and no return. I'd be hesitant.
I agree. If you're not sure and it's a final sale, wait and find something else. Even if the price is good, I'm sure it's still a lot of money. Not like you're buying some fashion watch from JC Penney.
Yes if it’s final sale, I wouldn’t buy it. I believe in treating one’s self but if there’s no way to return, I would not move forward. I learned my lesson with my own watch (not that I don’t LIKE my watch, I just don’t love it).
