I'm really loving it, but it seems a bit expensive.

I think it's absolutely beautiful and unique, but that is really pricey for silver (silver, right?)

Do the gold hearts float in the silver locket a la Chopard?

I think if you love it and it will be your one heart pendant, go for it.
