I came across Mirta on FB adds.... never paid much attention to it before but this bag was showing in the ad recently and caught my attention. I am a sucker for croc embossed bags (or genuine exotics of any kind). Its embossed calfskin.
I don't know anything about their quality so I am wondering if anyone has any experience with them. Also this style kind of invokes a similar feel to kelly and birkins to me (while still being different) and comes with a lock and keys as well. The shape is different though... it's a long triangle on the side wider at the bottom and almost no width at the top. What do you think of the style? It also comes with a shoulder strap. Size is about 12 in by 10 in. Pics of two of the colors. Heritage brown and black not sure which I might get... they also have a few other colors like camel brown, red etc.

That lack of width at the top, with no gussett, will make this a hard bag to get in and out of. Or to even get things in it. IMO. There's a reason they're trying to snag eyes on social...

I have a bag from Mirta and have been very happy with it and the whole experience of ordering. It is not quite like an Etsy, because not anyone can just add their shop to the site. Mirta curates the artisans they represent online.

My bag is from a different artisan from the one you listed above, so I can't speak directly to that bag, but I love my "Sara"! It's all hand stitched by one artisan. It may not be the level of precision and perfection of a luxury brand bag (not that anything is perfect though especially these days), but it is beautifully made, especially for the price.
