I say fake - the leather is too stiff and consistent and the hardware isn't the right color. I checked out a Balenciaga bag the seller has, and while I don't know bbags at all it looks horribly off - very shiny silver hardware! Once a rat....always!

Yes, leather too stiff, and also the padlock is straight up and down - it doesn't have that very slightly curvy look,
