Another Unskilled Worker bag is now up on the UK website as well as the aquamarine Marmonts that have already been posted:

What do you think about this style? It might grow on me, but I'm honestly not very keen. I think it works better on clothing, like this jacket that kind of reminds me of a Klimt painting, and this t-shirt:

But, like the D&G Family bag line, I just can't see myself carrying a bag with pictures of people on. Does anyone have anything from the Unskilled Worker line? How are you finding it?

It's just come out and though I was at gucci just last week the line hadn't been set up yet

Maybe a scarf (except I don't like the frayed ends) but otherwise it's something I might have been into more in the maxed-out 00s but now? Not sure, need to look more closely.

Not sure how I feel about carting about images that could be read as a political statement. I am quite sensitive to political imagery as I don’t want to alienate any clients regardless of their political outlook or their opinions.

Perhaps I am reading too much into these images? I dont know. I do find the images whimsical and attractive though. I love colour.

Not sure how the light blue coloured leather will wear? Will it show dirt? I had a lovely light blue leather wallet with a matt surface finish that was initially very pretty but it seemed to catch every dirt particle and soon reflected a permanent aura of grubbiness. Would be interested in seeing these in person and seeing what the finish in the leather goods is.

Perhaps I am reading way too much into these images. The political discussion in Australia is very small beer and kind of suffocating! Which is why I want to avoid politics in my fashion at the mo.

It makes me think of the book/film The Thirteenth Tale which I love

I'd like to know what the significance of the number 25 is in lots of Gucci's new products. I've always lived at houses that have added up to 7 (that's 16 separate places, all 7, 16, 25 or 52). When we moved into my current address I thought I broke the pattern to be told by our 87 yo neighbour our house was was re-numbered and used to be no. 7. My new Anger Forrest jewellery has 25 on too.

The bag is kinda cute, but I just don't like wearing people :shocked:

I like the tigers, the bees, oooh and angry cat! People? eh, can't do :lol:
