Hi ladies,

I've had my eye on Miu Miu's 'Forma' sandals for a while now. And now I have a chance to get them (for $600).

I think that they will be quite versatile and go with everything - but how long will they last? I usually don't mind about if my shoes are last season or whatever, but will these date too quickly? Will it be a worthy investment, or too 'trendy'?

Also, my main concern is I'm quite short. I'm 5'2" so I'm not sure if these will make my legs look even shorter than they are? I can imagine myself wearing these with dark skinny jeans, shorts and dresses (knee length or mini).

I'd really appreciate your honest opinions on whether or not I should get these sandals.

TIA! :flowers:

I'm not a fan, as these shoes cut off your legs visually instead of elongating them. In addition, being so petite, you'd want your legs to look as long as possible.

I have those in a lower heel height..i love them! So comfy and i don't feel it shorten my legs at all . Fashion comes and goes..wear whatever you like whenever you feel like it ;)

ITA about the last statement. I love them and if you do too, get them. Will you be able to purchase this at a retailer with a return policy? If so, try them.

It seems that these shoes are a love it or hate it style!

I do really like these shoes but at present it's not enough for me to take the plunge and buy them.

kdo, if I do decide to buy them, they are from bluefly so I could always return them if they weren't right for me :smile1:

might shorten the legs esp if it's full on leather but this is is see through. perhaps you really need to try these on. i think if it is a nude color then it'd be ok.

I think these shoes are pretty rad, but, you've gotta try them on and see how they would go with your own legs. I think that booties can look appropriate for petite women if they are fashioned properly.
