One day I think they are fab, and one day I think they will be unwearable next year ... obviously, I need you ladies to weigh in ;)

Leather dress trend -- yea or nay?

Marc by Marc definitely looks like a sci fi costume to me :P
I like the last one the best.

IDK, it's iffy with me. Leather skirts are always in I think as are vests but an entire dress? Seems and look uncomfortable and sweaty to me. Not to mention the lack of breathing and moving room. Most of the dresses are beautiful but I'm not sure if I'd get it in leather, looks uncomfy and I'd prefer cotton or silk.

Not me. If you want something with a shiny feel, a silk blend or just silk is better. I don't see anything else leather has to offer.

It is a definite nay for me. With the exception of runway looks, it would just look like a person was trying too hard.

leather dresses are probably all around bad. especially when you add your shoes and handbag- it's a ton of leather going on. they look good on the model but practically speaking, there aren't a whole lot of options to minimize the biker look IRL.

The fact that they're all leather is kind of weird to me. I would rather buy a different material and not have to deal with the care and cleaning of a leather dress.
