I like the dress, however I would wear a softer or muted type of accessories, perhaps off white flat sandals and light solid color bag, a delicate gold necklace and large hoops with my hair down.

I agree with those who said she needs to lose the scarf. The dress is alright. It could be nice but the scarf is not necessary at all!! She looks like a mess she needs to fix herself up a bit!!
