What do you think of Coach's new Lora bag?

My first impression was that it was something my Mom would carry - kinda boring - but wondering if others might like it.

Looks like another lower priced carry-all to replace the Rogue. Same Rogue concept of two outside pockets one center zip compartment. Slip pocket is nice. I'd like to see it in nicer materials before I weigh in. Right now it looks like an outlet bag to me.

It looks like outlet to me as well.

Honestly I don't think we are supposed to think much of it one way or another. It is one of their more basic styles to please those that want a more basic style, lol. It is a combination of many of their bags. As stated above it is similar to some of the bags that have the 2 side pockets and a center zip. But it is also similar to the Charlie but in a different shape. (the satchel aspect and straps are similar to the Charlie). It also has a little basic Prairie to it, but again a different shape.

I like the color of the colorblock ones, but the design is so not my style. I like bags with lots of stuff going on, or in an cool shape like Marleigh, Rogue, frame bags, mailbox bags, etc. This is a very safe design imo. I am actually wishing for the 2017-2018 days when according to me, they have produced their most interesting and unique styles/designs.

My biggest issue with these bags that have the two larger outer pockets and that TINY zip compartment is...what are you supposed to put in it?

I like the ginger colorblock one but the bag itself is meeeehhhh.

It doesn't look like anything special to me. They have a lot more interesting styles.

I feel like they just combined the Charlie carryall and Charlie bucket bag together. I prefer smaller bags anyway.

I thought of that too and also agree about the materials. 1941 leather was wonderful.

It seems like a very nice placeholder bag until a more unique design can come out.

I actually liked it! I think it'd be a nice work tote. But then, I'm not a fan of the Rogue at all. It is very "safe" in it's design.

I love this bag.
I personally hate all the coach bags that actually have a coach logo. As well, honestly most folks assume any bag with a coach logo is an outlet bag. This is a well made, understated, and functional bag.
