what do you think about bar pendant?

I've never liked bar pendant before but recently it grows on me. I'm considering buying one but still not sure. Want to seek your opinions what do you think about the bar pendant in general? Is it more casual or dressy looking? In particular, I'm thinking about the Tiffany atlas bar pendant.

I like it however $850 is price that I think is a little high IMHO.

I LOVE the Atlas line and love that necklace. If they made it in silver (and therefore more affordable...) I would definately buy it myself. $850 is a lot for it but if you can afford it and will love it then get it. When I was trying on necklaces from the Atlas collection my SA was telling me that for the most part the line is more casual and more modern. I agree with her and have to say it just depends on what you like to wear on most days. Either way I think it is beautiful!

I like this design much more than the silver versions, but IMHO I don't think it's worth $850.

The Atlas design is one of my favorites from Tiffany's as well as that pendant. I have their diamond Atlas band and a few other pieces. I will agree that $850 may be a bit high for that piece but if you love it then you should definitely get it.

I like the Atlas collection, but I agree, that's a lot for what you get. I also agree that if YOU love it you should get it!
