I recently ordered the brown pastilles bracelet/bag charm and finally got it today and it's beautiful. But then I started thinking, that maybe instead of this charm I should just get a damier bag instead, of course I would have to add a few more hundred dollars. The problem is, I ordered this in New York LV and live in Cali and they didn't send a receipt with the merchandise, just the box and the white tag with the barcode on it. Would I still be able to exchange? Help!!!
