What do I do? Help with my cosmetic case

I found out yesterday that my cosmetic case ripped on the side. I take care of my things and it just mostly sits inside my bag (I seldom re-touch my makeup when outside). I feel so sad to see it come apart like this. Is there anything I can do about this??

Have you contacted their customer service?

Before you do anything read up on your country's consumer legal rights so you are forearmed

Then, I would take it back to the store you bought it from. If no luck there contact Gucci CS. Do this all ASAP

I thought this was a hopeless case and never thought of contacting Gucci. I bought it from an outlet store in another state.

I am in the US so hopefully I'll get a good cs from gucci.
