What did you eat today!?

  1. breakfast: rice crackers and coffee
    snack: mango slices and almond milk
    lunch: gluten free penne with tuna and mushroom sauce, tea
    dinner: rice with celery and white radish, veggie broth, water
  2. I am too very surprised, but you're not a freak; you're supposed to be hungry waking up in the morning (and that means not overeating at night or eating super late at night). It's also much healthier to skip other meals than breakfast.

    What I am surprised in a good way about though is how healthy people often eat here. :p

    Breakfast: 3 fried pieces of chicken with a 1/3 of the serving of mashed potatoes
    Lunch: Was still full. Had 2 servings of Fuze Empower Goji Berry drink.
    Dinner: Eggs and pork stew with brown rice and a little vanilla yogurt shake.

    breakfast: iced coffee & vanilla yogurt
    lunch: hot dog
    dinner: voodoo burger, sweet potato fries, smoked fish dip
  4. an egg on toast
    a mochi red bean bun
    a golden kiwi
    orange smoothie
    rice, vege soup and bbq pork
    1 cookie (i need to lose a little weight or else i'd have at least 4 by now)
  5. As far as breakfast goes, I don't eat it because I'm not hungry in the morning. Everyone is different. If I was hungry I would eat.

    Breakfast: Tea
    Lunch: Chik-Fil-A nuggets, baby carrots, hummus, a few pumpkin spice kisses
    Snack: Special K mixed w/Special K Fruit & Yogurt, milk
    Dinner: Pulled pork & coleslaw.

    breakfast: iced coffee
    lunch: hummus & veggies
    dinner: BBQ cups
  7. Breakfast: 1/2 bagel, banana, black coffee
    Lunch: 2 slices veggie pizza
    Dinner: baked chicken, rice, hot green tea with lemon
  8. Breakfast: Egg puff on toast
    Lunch: Tuna sandwich and bbq chips
    Dinner: Breaded chicken and green beans
    Dessert: Glass of Moscato and Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
  9. breakfast - coffee
    lunch - turkey and cucumber sandwich
    dinner - beef pot roast with veggies over rice
  10. Today-

    Breakfast: Two cups of coffee.
    Lunch: Chicken chili.
    Dinner: Gyro.

    lunch:amy's organic shepards pie w/toast
    dinner: ground turkey tacos w/ refried beans
    dessert: WW ice cream bar
  12. breakfast: coffee and 2 slices of gluten free flaxseed toast
    lunch: brown rice vermicelli with bakchoy, jasmine tea
    snack: gluten free crackers and water
    dinner: rice with field mushrooms and celery, water

    Breakfast - maple and brown sugar oatmeal with added cranberries

    Lunch - two soft chicken tacos

    Snack - black cherry yogurt

    Dinner - egg whites with jalapenos, mushrooms and tomatoes, raspberries and a piece of toast

    Snack at class - a small bag of gummy bears
  14. breakfast - turkey breast sandwich

    lunch - porkchop & rice

    snack - seaweed rice roll crackers
  15. breakfast-toast w/honey, grapes
    lunch-veggie "chicken" tenders
    snack-banana muffin
    dinner-potato soup & crackers

    (hungry now but nothing to eat:shucks:)
