Breakfast: branflakes with soymilk, toast with peanutbutter and apple juice
Lunch: vegan lasagne with cabbage salad with mustard dressing
Dinner: Homemade fried with portobello mushroom gravy, veggie patty and spinach salad with caramelized walnuts, goat cheese and balsamic dressing.
Dessert: vegan key lime pie
 
Breakfast: cheesy scrambled eggs w/ spinach
snack: pistachios (2 servings)
lunch: grilled cheese on wheat bread with turkey and tomato
snack: blueberry luna bar
snack: low fat cheese stick
Dinner: whole wheat cheese tortellini with tomato sauce
Dessert: 1/2 cup blueberries
