    Dinner: Teriyaki chicken, steamed rice & grilled veggies.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal.
    Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich.
    Dinner: Salad & cup of chicken chili.

    Breakfast: Coffee.
    Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich & fresh fruit.
    Dinner: Lasagna & garlic toast.

    dinner - quinoa and asparagus, tomatoes with balsamic glaze

    Dinner: Grilled stuffed chicken breast, macaroni salad, fruit salad & side salad.
    Dessert: Slice of german chocolate cake.
    Snack: Strawberry snow cone.
