Groan, too much!
BR: Three slices of whole wheat bread. Two with marge and one with jam. I'm trying to cut down on my homemade whole wheat muffins which I usually eat. Cup of decaf coffee made with fat free milk (no water in the coffee).
Midmorn: apple
L: I'm blank, I can't remember. Ermmm, oh yes, spincha, rice and chickpeas.
Afternoon: lots of homemade whole wheat banana bread and decaf coffee made as above.
D: Rice, chicken and veg stew. One medjool date.
Pre-bed: homemade whole wheat applesauce muffin with decaf coffee made as above.
I usually have some chocolate too, haven't had any yet, will do soon!
