Food What did you consume today???

Oy! Today wasn't a very good day :P

I had two ice coffees with full fat milk for breakfast

Then for dinner I had asparagus with Ridder cheese as a starter (everyone else had meat wrapped around theirs. It's hard to explain, but it looks like this

The main course was potatoes, asparagus, culiflower (sp?), green beans, fried mushrooms and bearnaise sauce (the meat-eaters had beef as well, I don't eat meat :P)

For dessert I had caramel pudding, yum.
 
breakfast:
whole grain wheat thin chips
a glass of milk
no-sugar apple sauce with cinnamon
my usual vitamins

lunch:
a grilled chicken salad with lite ranch from zaxby's (a GA chicken chain)

dinner will be:
a hamburger with spinach and feta in the patty and wheat bun, mixed fruit, and cottage cheese

i'm actually eatting quite well on my new diet! and i've lost about 5 pounds this week! (it's the first week, you always lose a fantastic amount the first week)

Groan, too much!

BR: Three slices of whole wheat bread. Two with marge and one with jam. I'm trying to cut down on my homemade whole wheat muffins which I usually eat. Cup of decaf coffee made with fat free milk (no water in the coffee).

Midmorn: apple

L: I'm blank, I can't remember. Ermmm, oh yes, spincha, rice and chickpeas.

Afternoon: lots of homemade whole wheat banana bread and decaf coffee made as above.

D: Rice, chicken and veg stew. One medjool date.

Pre-bed: homemade whole wheat applesauce muffin with decaf coffee made as above.

I usually have some chocolate too, haven't had any yet, will do soon!

I didn't have breakfast (got up too late lol... I am a night owl and love to sleep in late!)

so... I had today....

Spaghetti for lunch
A tortilla for a snack
More spaghetti for dinner w/ a glass of red wine
Slice of roast beef for a snack
A diet Shirley Temple w/ 3 cherries

Can you tell I'm a student? LOL :P
 
Half a plan bagel w/low fat cream cheese for b-fast
Grilled cheese and mini-bag of cheetos (bad!) for lunch
Oreos 100 Calorie pack for a snack

For dinner, I'll have tacos that I'll be making.

English muffin with raspberry jam
Half a glass of 2% milk
A mini Chiquita banana
Half a bottle of water on way to class

Lunch:
Left over chicken fajitas
2 honey tangerines
Bottle of water

Afternoon Snack:
Handful of Baked Cheetos
1 honey tangerine
Half a crunchy peanut butter sandwich
Bottle of water

Another half bottle of water between classes

Late Dinner out:

Small salad
Crabcake with grits
Two glasses of sweet tea w/lemon
Shared brownie sundae with SO

Late Night:
Bottle of water
Piece of fresh mozzarella cheese
2 honey tangerines

Yeah, I eat a lot :P I blame it on being southern!!! :biggrin: ;):P
