What colour Gucci disco bag for my mother?

My mother's going through treatment for a serious health condition and I want to get her a disco bag as a present. She's been looking for a small, shoulde bag, both daytime and evening and I think the disco bag will be perfect, as I cannot stretch to Chanel.

She has a black Celine phantom and black Chanel jumbo with silver hardware. She likes to wear neutral colours, mainly beige, grey, cream, dusky pink, blacks, browns. Since she has 2 black bags already I don't want to get her another black bag but at the same time feel that would be the safest choice and she might wear it more both during the day and the evenings. I thought of red as a bold, happy colour but she may not be as comfortable. She likes greys and burgundies too.

Any suggestions or advice on colours would be appreciated! Thanks!:smile1:

The last bag I bought for my mother was a turquoise Emily, all mothers are different of course. I think your mother sounds like she has quite classic taste.

What about the Rose Beige :tup:

for something a little bit different the Metallic leather (sort of between silver and light gold) may transition to evening. It's more subtle than it looks online
