The reason why I'm starting this thread is because I was wondering if you all could help me out with what colors come in chevre leather. This is the leather I'm interested in getting a Birkin in. I wanted to know what dark color alternatives there are to black in chevre. I know from this forum that H has leathers in ebene (described as very dark brown and almost black) and anthracite (very dark gray?) I was browsing the leather books at the H boutique hoping to see these colors on the leathers to help me decide on color and leather however there weren't any swatches of either color in the books. The SA, whom I believe was relatively new, had not idea what I was talking about when I mentioned those colors. Do those books seriously need to be updated at that store and can any of you tell me specifically what leathers those two colors come in??? Thanks all!
