What color nail polish for this dress?

The color is vibrant and the material is shiny so I wouldn't want my nail color to compete. I'd wear a neutral sheer mani and a dark pedicure such as Chanel Paradoxal.

What's the occasion? cocktail party? holiday event?

I'm going to go against the crowd here and suggest a silver holo like the one on my middle nail - I think it will set off the cool tones of the purple wonderfully and look very chic! (^(oo)^) Or if that's too flashy, why not do a french like the other nails, but with silver holo tips instead of white?
