what color jacket/blazer/cardigan would you wear with this dress?

I got this dress from forever 21 last year. I think it would be perfect for easter, but I need to get something to wear over it for church. My first (boring) choice was plain brown but I would love to mix it up, colorwise. I'm open to any color or even style suggestions at any price range. Posting specific pictures of jackets would be really helpful too! I am probably going to wear borwn strappy wedges or brown sandals. Thanks!

Short cropped Taupe or Tan Leather/Cotton Motorcycle-style Jacket....That would play down the girliness and up the "oomp" factor.
The Taupe/Tan colour makes the jacket look less harsh and still ok for church with that pretty dress.

Not sure if it's appropriate for church, but this could be an everyday dress as well.

I would wear a black blazer with cropped sleeves that have a pop of color in the lining. For shoes I would wear tall gladiator like sandals in an earthy color.
