What color is the lining for the Monogram Tambourine?

Hi girls,

Does anyone know what color/fabric should be on a LV Monogram Tambourine?

I need a person who actually knows what the color/fabric should be because a good friend of mine is about to buy one off somebody and she says the the lining is Red Alcantara. Is that right? I always thought Monogram always just had Brown fabric lining and the Red Fabric or Alcantara was for the Damier.

Can someone clarify? She wants me to ask the experts here on TPF.

it's the red/raspberry alcantara lining- that's right! it's a great little bag!

It was indeed a red alcantra lining, much like what we see on MC pieces. Although you are correct in that most pieces are either brown fabric or brown leather within.
