what color hardware?

I'm having a navy bag made by Laurel Dasso. Should I go with nickel or Brass hardware? i usually prefer yellow hardware, but i am thinking nickel would be better with navy blue. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I always like my metals to coordinate in an outfit (I know, I know), so for me, it would come down to what you wear most often with your jewelry.

I have three bags by Laurel. Her workmanship is outstanding. I think nickel hardware would be beautiful with navy- it would really stand out against the coolness of the navy. If you already have a lot of yellow hardware, the nickel would be a nice change.

I vote nickel. Navy is a very classic colour and by choosing nickel it can take on a more contemporary look.
