What car should i go for...?

Hey all,

I'm currently learning to drive and i want to buy a car as an extra incentive to keep going with the lessons and to learn in between lessons.

I wondered if any of you ladies could help - what cars do you drive?

I'm after something small that won't feel lilke i'm like driving a tank, i'm also looking to spend no more than £1000 (second hand is fine) and upgrade at a later date.

Any help gratefully received!

Thanx ladies, that was my first instinct too ...i've since found out that the second car will go for around £4000, so it's well out of my budget...

hehe, i work with a bunch of UKers and one of them had a corsa! Man, talk about all the adventures and stories they had in it... i say go for the corsa!

hmm...i drive a porsche cayenne, and i myself prefer larger cars. i don't know why, i just always have. the second car looks bigger, which is the main reason i'd choose that. but the first one is very nice too.
