i have this very good friend of mine that i want to surprised this xmas. i went ahead and got her a coach willis bag 70th anniversary. shes had a bad past few months so im hoping this will make her smile. i want to take it a step further and put some extra things inside the bag kinda like a stockin stuffer. i already thought of make up and a perfume?. any other ideas? maybe a card?..any help is appreciated!.

If I bought someone a handbag and wanted to "fill it," I would consider purchasing:
... matching wallet w/a Starbucks gc or gc to her favorite "fast" food place. (if in the budget)
... matching mini skinny with same gc as above
... wristlet or makeup bag with a few of her favorite necessities (lip balm, tube of her favorite lip gloss or lipstick, gum or mints, pack of tissues, hand sanitizer, lotion, blotting tissues, hair ties, wisp disposable toothbrushes, nail file, cute little mirror, rollerball version of her favorite perfume... obviously, not ALL of those things-- just whatever fits her likes and fits in said makeup bag!

If she has had a rough past few months, I would write inspiring quotes, reasons why you love her, or what makes her a strong and lovely person on a business-sized card, laminate it, and stick it in the wallet or mini skinny. She may need the reminding every now and then!

I just have to say what a wonderful friend you are, and I am sure your gift will lift her spirits. All the above suggestions are great.
Everything suggested so far is great! I would suggest putting a few lucky dollars in it too. Kind of like givings someone a wallet, its bad luck for it to be empty.
Matching wallet with a gift card in it would be wonderful or even just a Coach fob would lovely too. But the bag alone is pretty awesome. You are an incredible friend. Bless you!
