What can fix the awkward bean shape of my face/head

Hi,

I've always hated the shape of my head, from most angles it's very awkward looking. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but it's wonky/misshapen and bean-like.

I'm already considering a hairline lowering, but I can still see the problems with my hair down, so it's not just my forehead... Something looks abnormal.

I don't see anything abnormal.
Have you tied a different haircut? I think the sides are out of balance with the top. If you can grow a full beard, try the 5 day growth look but it should be trimmed to look tidy. Contour by shaving under the cheek bones into the mustache. Grow the chin a bit longer to get some density. Adam Lambert does it well.

I don't think you look wonky or abnormal at all. Please do not beat yourself up. I think you are the only one who sees anything ”off”. We tend to scrutiny ourselves on such a harsh level. I actually think you look just fine, very good actually.

I can give you a couple suggestions from a female perspective. Stop shaving the sides & back sides of your hair. Your shaved hair draws the eye from up to down & elongates the head/ face. Grow it out a tiny bit, so it does not pull your facial silhouette down.

Grow your chin hair a bit longer. I really like the suggestion above about rocking an Adam Lambert look. You could absolutely go that route. And do not forget to smile, it works magic. : )

I think the shaved sides at the top make it look like your jaw is wider than your forehead. I would try growing out your hair!

Your head looks perfectly fine, and you look good, despite what you think about yourself. Lots going for yourself.
