I've returned (in the last year):
A Poppy black leather studded flight bag, the strap was too long for shoulder and too short for crossbody.
A Poppy stamped C small tote, I loved the print but a whole bag of it was too much.
A siggy MFF Kristin hobo, it was a little too slouchy.
A patent blue Willis, beautiful but too big for me as a crossbody.
3 wallets, 3 wristlets, and 2 cosmetic cases. All were either too big/small, or I didn't like them when I got them.

Wow! Until I really thought about it, I didn't think I had returned much!

The large Phoebe. Beautiful bag but way too big on my 5'1 frame. I also returned the Miranda years ago. Again, beautiful bag but WAY too heavy.

Madison Tote--disappointed in the leather quality.
Textured Rory--LOVE Rory's but not Legacy's textured leather
Sand Rory--It was an impulse buy at my outlet. I already have Black Rory and Cognac Rory. I felt a 3rd was overkill -just for me and my life-JMO, as always! I returned it less than 48 hours later.

If Coach bans for purchases multiples of one style, I'm surprised they haven't banned me. I'm not a big buyer but I've bought 5 Rory's and returned 2 of them! I did buy 3 of them FP with PCE. I bought 2 black Rory's; one for me, one for my neice and one cognac Rory. I definetely know the Sand Rory was an impulse buy and I normally do not impulse buy. Not that there's anything wrong with impulse buying---My American Icons Tote was an impulse clearance grab and it is one of my favorite Coach's. But I just don't do it. I waited for that Textured Rory to delete though....having never seen it IRL. It ended up not being for me.

I didn't own any Madison when I ordered the tote and I was very excited about it--blk/b4--my favorite! I was quite disappointed on how thin the leather was:nogood:. A shame because I loved the chain strap handle. So back to Jax it went. Months later I bought a blk/b4 Madison Isabelle on FOS and almost sent it back but decided that I liked enough to keep it. I actually like it alot now.

Colorblock molly- didn't like that you couldn't carry it without the long shoulder strap. It looked weird with the buckles hanging out without the strap.

Op art Isabelle- didn't smoosh down enough. Replaced it with the magenta leather Isabelle and love that one!

American Icons large tote - I wanted to love this but it was so wide! It stuck out >6 inches when I tried carrying it on my shoulder. Also it was from FOS and in horrible condition when I received it (corner wear and totally flat, no dustbag)
Cognac duffle - Impulse buy, I returned it later got the studded duffle, so glad I did!
Large saffiano tote - Ordered online without seeing in person first, just wasn't love
Punch patent lindsey - Impulse outlet buy, SO glad I returned that one.
Sunflower Tanner - Got it at 50% off but was too worried about spending that much on a light colored bag.

That seems like a lot...but I end up keeping WAY more than I returned. Definitely on a ban now.

I've returned a lot of MFF stuff back when I could order from FOS (and before the recent upgrade in products) because the leather wasn't nice, or the bag wasn't the right size, or it just looked different from the picture. I could always tell when I unwrapped the bag, so all the hardware was still wrapped and such. Eventually I stopped buying MFF items and focused on Legacy deletes.

For FP PCE buys or deletes, I've only exchanged Blush Haley because it had a wonky zipper and unevenly dyed back, and returned Fuchsia Rory (that was just a LOT of pink for me) and a Mint Basket Clutch (I have fibromyalgia and need a wrist strap at least). Otherwise I've been really happy with my FP Coach purchases and deletes.

Recently, I've been having trouble with ebay purchases - a Coastal Blue Haley that was, in my opinion, too squished in transit to be considered 'new' anymore, and the Graphite Turnlock tote. The shoulder straps are too thin for me and hurt my shoulder. (I have fibro.)

But the tide seems to have turned on that - I just got a lovely Coastal Blue duffle very recently, and I've been very happy with it, and have been eyeing both another duffle and just ONE LAST HALEY I SWEAR.

My collection is probably close to 40 bags now. Eek!

I am returning phoebe this afternoon, I returned a Maggie two weeks ago....can't do the handles on either.
I returned a siggie fabric duffle for a siggie weekend tote....I needed something big enough to hold the 31bags cooler pouch for days out with the kids.
I gifted to ds girlfriend the poppy hippie in colorful C's as I felt the print was too young for me. I just recently gifted her my Fuschia Lindsey ...again I could deal with the handles.
I returned to outlet the Kirstin patent grey satchel and the poppy patent satchel in teal....the patent was too squeaky and stiff for me.
Everything else I have either kept or sold to a local consignment store.
