What bag is this? Purple tote with black chain strap

unfortunately I don’t have a pic. I see it on someone and haven’t stopped thinking about it.

It was purple (not a vibrant purple, but also not a lavender purple-just in between from what I remember) and had a black chain strap.

Some chain straps can look cheap or plasticy, this did not.
