What bag is Katie Holmes carrying?

I've been trying to find out about this bag for more than a year! The pics are from Nov 2006, it's a beautiful bag and I hope someone can help!

Just a guess....Costume National.
She has carried their bags, and I just picked up one recently and there are some similarities in the side tabs, studs and look of the leather. Again, a guess.

These pics are quite old and she didn't knew all these sophisticated designers she knows now, so I think it could be something more simple, maybe Tod's.

Actually, no, the shoes she is wearing in these pics are Valli, Alaia and Roger Vivier so she did know these sophisticated designers.

And Costume National guess seems to be a good one. It looks smilar to that CN bag, no?

It really is a beautiful bag. I love Katie's style. At first glance before actually examining(and reading the other posts) the details, I thought it was a Bal bag too.
