1) No drinking with food and for 30 minutes after each time you eat.
2)No whites! Brown = good. Brown rice, wheat bread, wheat crackers, etc.
3) Full fat cheese - never low fat/fat free when it comes to cheese and ALWAYS name brand

NO SUGAR. Never, ever consume more than 5g of sugar per sitting. Natural sugar, as in fruit, is great.

9) At every meal protein comes first. Ex: if you're eating chicken with a side of asparagus, you eat the chicken first, and if you're still hungry when you're done then you eat the asparagus.
10) Opt for soy foods over meats. If I have to eat chicken I will, but if tofu's on the menu I get it.
