For me, it's mini pochette accessoires, pochette cles, and zippy coin purse wallet, in monogram or damier ebene canvas. That's because ZCP is my favorite wallet. You could also get one of those pieces in a limited edition. Another two I love are the round coin purse and the toiletry cases, but those are discontinued.
Mine would definitely be the 6 ring key holder.
I’ve only recently gotten in LV last year, but for sure I love the mini pochette and the key pouch!! I think those are staple pieces and I have both in monogram. And just ordered the key pouch in DA last night as it is being discontinued.
I love my DE key pouch / pochette clés! I primarily use it as a keyholder, but it can also be used as a cardholder or coin purse.
I got a DE mini pochette last year which is really cute, but I use it less than I thought I would. Sometimes I just want to keep it minimal and keep my bags as light as possible. It also doesn't comfortably fit most phones to be used as a mini bag. It is a great collector's piece though!

Victorine wallet is the only wallet that used since I bought it.

my most used slgs are my key pouch and my zippy compact wallet, the older style that opens flat. i have a lot of slgs but that wallet is the best i've ever carried and i have had it for about 10 years and it still looks new! use it daily. the key pouch is great because it holds essential cards, license, cash in the most compact way for smaller bags and very importantly, it clips to a d ring or even the ring where the strap attaches to a bag . i love this feature because if i am traveling or concerned about security, it makes me feel much more confident that the cards, license, cash will not be lost or stolen. i keep buying slgs because they are so beautiful, but these two are my tried and true most used of all.

For me, it's definitely the Mini Pochette Accessoires, used as a catch-all. And of course any card holders.
There are no real “must haves” for any brand.
What matters is the “must haves” that suite your tastes and lifestyle
