Unless it were amazing, I'd rather have a army/airforce surplus bomber than a designer copy.

I bought both my father and my brother Armani bomber jackets with some of my fist modelling money when I was still a teen. My brother's was olive green leather and red-orange lining (US bomber style), and my father's was sheepskin, black leather outer, cream inside (British bomber style). It made me really proud my father wore it so much. Those were amazing jackets, and I do like the Brioni posted.

For myself (woman) I'd rather wear the real McCoy. If I was a guy I'd want the real deal too. Gloverall duffle coat, Crombie, sailor's vintage reefer/peacoat, Burberry or vintage Aquascutum Trench...

Thom Browne overcoats for men (and women) are one of my favourites! My husband has one similar to this but longer with two flap openings on the back so you can see the iconic stripes as you walk (his was MTM so fits him like a glove)

They do greys and blues as well. The one my husband has is grey with white tipping. I also did a MTM that hasn't arrived yet but it will be mostly pink (my favourite colour )
