I dont see whats wrong with it? I use my devon maybe 3-4 times a week, and the leather just relaxes over time, i actually think its betterthat way, not so stiff!

Bags are made for using!

its NWT, so i think it's just had the stuffing taken out. no damage. at least it doesn't look like it.
