Like I said, pagents are a big thing. It's quite possible that's why they were there. I don't like pagent's, but they aren't my children. That's their parents decision to do that.

yea that could be it, I compete in pageants and if you expect to when they expect you to be tanned but most of the time the tans are airbrush...they have vendors who come to the pageantss et up booths and offer airbrush tans for about $35 which is what most people do as opposed to using a tanning bed because it easily covers skin imperfections, etc. Young children in actual tanning beds though....thats just sick.

if you ever see that lady with her kids at the tanning salon again, please inform her of the risks and long-term effects (nasty leathery skin, blech) that it will have on her children! that is just sad. it's one thing to let you kids play or swim outside to tan, but to bring them to a tanning salon? that is horrible.
