WG Rhodium repair

Has anyone ever had their WG love bracelets that are rhodium plated fixed and redone by Cartier?? I have a WG Rainbow and eventually it will need repair. Just wondering about others experience.

I'm curious if you are happy with the way it looks. Does it look as good as it did new?

Yes I had my 20 year old WG bangle polished and replated a couple of months ago. Looks brand new to me!

It looks beautiful! Did they charge you a lot for the work? How long did you have to wait to collect it please?

It took about a month to replate and re-engrave. This particular bracelet is 3 years old. I don’t know the total cost since Cartier forgot to tell me a price and ended up doing it gratis. Perhaps someone else can chime in on that.

Looks stunning! They have to polish before replating is that correct?

It was maybe $150? AUD and it took 3 weeks. They polished it first before plating and buffed out all the scratches
