Hello Monser, If you purchased from the Gucci store, they can repair. It will be a long wait while they send out for inspection and to do the repairs once they make the decision to do so. If they can't repair, they will give you a lovely store credit (depending on how long you've had the wallet and other factors... this has been my experience with Gucci). If you did not purchase from Gucci, they might charge you a fee for repair or refuse to repair the item. Good luck and let us know what happens.I accidentally dropped my Gucci wallet on my drive way. I had thought I left it inside my home but when I got back from work I found it on the ground all wet (rain all day). Since it got wet I think some of the Stitches come off, can Gucci store repair that? Help!!!
Hello! I did purchase the wallet through online Nordstrom website . Would it still be the same thing if I take it and have them check it out?
Sorry to inform you Monser, you have to go through Nordstrom and let them instruct you further. I don't have any experience with Nordstom's repair/replace policy... I only buy direct from the brand to ensure that I won't have to deal with a secondary or even tertiary party or more. Hopefully Nordstrom will just replace it for you. Let's keep our collected fingers crossed.
I don’t understand how rain could undo so many stitches. Are you certain it wasn’t like this before? Yes! I know I bought the wallet in December, and all I had inside was my ID and card which that’s why I was confused as well. But yes, i did message Gucci customer service and they’re working on it (: thank you
