Were you addicted to something else before Chanel bags?

Roey - well maybe you went from not wanting "bags" to always wantings "bags" ...ha ha
Kind of like what bags you love and keep and what ones you get rid of ... I'd be real interested in your makeup must haves.
Maybe you could post in our beauty section if you're inclined as to what makeup you find useful and what products were really a waste of money. I sure would value your opinion.

In the early 90s I was addicted to Gucci. It was nothing to spend major $$$$ per visit on clothes, coats, shoes, luggage, jewelry and purses, belts - you name it, I had it. I even bought Gucci stock which I had for years...but sold in 2001 or 2002 - can't remember. Since then I have bought from many different designers but no major addiction - until Chanel.
Even with the cost of Chanel items - it will not be anything like the $$$$ I threw down over the years at Gucci. Thank Goodness....I must have been insane!!

I've never had an addiction that has cost me as much $$$ as this new 'thing for handbags' (as DH calls it)!!!!
